Public Offer of CÔNG TY TNHH WT INTERNATIONAL (Well Travel) for Agents and Property Representatives

This public offer governs the cooperation terms between CÔNG TY TNHH WT INTERNATIONAL, operating the Well Travel service, and the agent (property representative). The offer is deemed accepted when the agent self-registers in the Well Travel system and confirms the acceptance in the registration form.

1. General provisions

• Well Travel publishes accommodation listings from verified agents and facilitates communication between the agent and Well Travel clients.
• The agent warrants that they are authorized to offer the properties and to share all related information.
• All interactions with clients and the Well Travel team take place through the approved communication channels (Well Travel chat, corporate messengers, or email).

2. Publication of properties

• The agent grants Well Travel the right to publish properties, photos, prices, and descriptions on the Well Travel website and partner platforms.
• The agent confirms that they hold the rights to use the materials (photographs, descriptions) and transfers them to Well Travel under a non-exclusive license for placement and promotion.
• If the agent withdraws a property, they must notify Well Travel at least 24 hours before the planned removal to prevent bookings of outdated listings.

3. Processing of personal data

• Well Travel stores the agent's personal data (passport, selfie, and other documents) solely for identification and to fulfil arrangements with clients.
• Data are protected through technical and organizational safeguards. Access is limited to Well Travel staff responsible for verification and booking support.
• The agent provides up-to-date documents and notifies Well Travel about any changes in passport or other identifiers.

4. Information exchange with clients

• The agent authorizes Well Travel to share with clients all data needed for booking and check-in (property description, accommodation rules, check-in contacts, house policies).
• The agent undertakes to provide timely feedback on Well Travel client requests and to update the status of properties.
• Correspondence and document exchange through Well Travel are recorded and may be used to resolve disputes.

5. Agent duties and liability

Accuracy of information

• The agent is responsible for the accuracy and relevance of property data: address, amenities, availability, prices, and accommodation requirements.
• If prices or accommodation terms change, the agent must notify Well Travel before confirming a booking for the client.
• If inaccurate information is supplied, the agent reimburses Well Travel for documented expenses and client losses.

Guest check-in

• The agent arranges guest reception and key handover on the confirmed dates and times.
• The agent ensures the property is ready for check-in, maintains cleanliness, and keeps equipment in working order.
• If the agent cannot check in the client, they promptly inform Well Travel and propose an alternative solution comparable in conditions and price.

6. Financial settlements

• Prices published on Well Travel include the service commission. The commission is agreed separately and withheld after the guest checks in.
• The agent provides a report on received payments and supporting documents upon Well Travel's request.
• Payments due to the service are made within the terms stated in the invoice or contract, but no later than five working days after the booking is fulfilled.

7. Term and termination

• The offer is effective indefinitely from the moment of acceptance. Either party may terminate cooperation by notifying the other party 14 calendar days in advance.
• Well Travel may suspend property publication and system access if the agent breaches the offer terms, receives client complaints, or fails to provide documents.
• The agent continues to serve confirmed bookings made before the termination date under the previously agreed terms.

8. Miscellaneous

• Disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations. If the parties cannot reach agreement, the dispute is resolved under the governing law applicable to Well Travel.
• Well Travel may update the offer by publishing the current version on this page. The agent is notified about material changes through the system.
• Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version of the offer.
